  2. This certificate is valid between Monday to Saturday.

  4. Please make a reservation in advance clearly stating the use of this certificate.
  5. This certificate is valid for one (1) time use only.
  6. This certificate is not applicable on bottle rates.
  7. This certificate is valid strictly as indicated and cannot be extended or revalidated.
  8. This certificate is not replaceable if lost or stolen.
  9. Only one (1) certificate per table or party will be accepted.
